4. DMCA / Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe that content on ReportConsumer.in infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing:

- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will: (a) review the claim within 7 working days; (b) remove or disable access to the infringing material if the claim is valid; (c) notify the content uploader of the removal.
5. Counter-Notice
If content you submitted was removed in response to a copyright notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing the information required under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We will restore content within 10–14 business days if no court action is filed against you by the claimant.
6. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.
