Urban Company AC service technician damaged my AC unit

Urban CompanyBooked an AC deep cleaning service through Urban Company for Rs. 799. The technician came and during the service, he damaged the cooling coil of my 1.5 ton split AC (LG, 2 years old).
After the service, the AC started making unusual noise and was not cooling properly. I called an LG authorized technician who confirmed the cooling coil was bent during the cleaning, causing a gas leak. Repair cost: Rs. 8,500.
Urban Company initially denied responsibility. After multiple escalations, they offered Rs. 1,000 credit. A Rs. 1,000 credit for Rs. 8,500 damage is not acceptable.
I want full compensation for the repair and a proper service guarantee policy from Urban Company.
