Terrible experience - fake product received

I ordered a branded product but received a clearly fake copy. The packaging was torn and the product quality was nowhere near what was advertised. I raised a complaint but the resolution took over 2 weeks. The refund was finally processed but only after multiple follow-ups. Very disappointing experience. Consumers should be careful and check seller ratings before ordering.
