Network coverage needs major improvement

I switched to this provider attracted by the competitive plans. While the plans are indeed affordable, the network coverage in my area is poor. Calls drop frequently and data speed is inconsistent. Indoor coverage is particularly weak. Customer support is mostly unhelpful with scripted responses. Would not recommend for areas outside major cities.
