Good platform but delivery delays in tier-2 cities

Overall a good platform with wide variety of products. However, I have noticed that delivery to tier-2 and tier-3 cities takes significantly longer compared to metro cities. The product quality is generally good but there have been a few instances where the product received was different from what was shown. Customer support could be faster.
