Decent service with room for improvement

The platform offers good deals during sale seasons. Regular prices are competitive but not always the cheapest. Delivery is generally on time. I appreciate the easy return policy but the refund processing time could be shorter. The app experience is smooth. Would like to see better quality control on third-party sellers.
