Zomato delivery partner ate food from my order

Complaint Against
ZomatoI ordered food worth Rs. 850 from a restaurant through Zomato. When the order arrived, the packaging was clearly tampered with - the seal was broken and one of the containers was half empty.
The delivery partner had clearly opened the food and eaten from it. I immediately raised a complaint through the app with photos. Zomato offered me a Rs. 200 coupon as compensation, which is insulting.
I paid Rs. 850 for a complete meal and received tampered, partially consumed food. This is a serious food safety and hygiene issue. I want:
1. Full refund of Rs. 850
2. Action against the delivery partner
3. Compensation for the inconvenience and health risk
