Swiggy delivered wrong order and refused full refund

I ordered dinner for my family worth Rs. 1,200 from a restaurant through Swiggy. When the order arrived, it was completely wrong - different items from a different restaurant were delivered.

I immediately contacted Swiggy support through the app. They offered only a 50% refund as 'compensation' saying the food was still edible. The food delivered was non-vegetarian while our family is strictly vegetarian.

I find it unacceptable that Swiggy won't issue a full refund for delivering a completely wrong order that we couldn't even eat due to dietary restrictions.
