Amazon IndiaI ordered a laptop bag from Amazon India on January 15, 2026. The product received was damaged and I immediately initiated a return on January 17. The pickup was done on January 19 and the return was confirmed. However, it has been over 30 days and my refund of Rs. 2,499 has not been processed.
I have called customer support 4 times and each time they say the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. I have also sent emails to their grievance team but received only automated responses.
This is unacceptable. As a consumer, I have the right to a timely refund for returned goods. I am sharing this here so other consumers are aware of such delays.
