NoBroker charged Rs. 5,999 for plan but provided zero leads

NoBrokerI purchased NoBroker\'s Rs. 5,999 premium plan to find a rental apartment in Bangalore. The plan promised 'unlimited owner contacts' and 'relationship manager support.'
In 30 days of the plan:
- Relationship manager called only once (day 1) and never followed up
- 80% of owner contacts were either already rented out or were broker listings disguised as owners
- The app showed many 'premium' listings that didn\'t exist when I called
- Multiple fake/outdated listings still shown as available
I paid Rs. 5,999 and found my apartment through a local broker for Rs. 5,000 brokerage - the NoBroker plan was a complete waste. I want a refund.
