MeeshoOrdered a branded backpack from Meesho listed as 'new' for Rs. 1,299. The product received was clearly used - it had stains, a broken zipper, and even had a previous buyer\'s tag inside. The seller is sending returned products as new.
Return request was rejected by Meesho saying 'product matches description.' The product clearly doesn\'t match as it was described as new but is used and damaged.
Meesho has zero quality control on sellers. This is the third time I\'ve received substandard products. The return policy is designed to protect sellers, not consumers.
