IndiGo Airlines lost my luggage and offering only Rs. 3,000 compensation

I traveled from Delhi to Chennai on IndiGo flight 6E 2451 on February 28, 2026. My checked-in bag did not arrive at Chennai airport. The bag contained personal belongings, work laptop, and clothes worth approximately Rs. 85,000.

I filed a PIR (Property Irregularity Report) at the airport. After 5 days, IndiGo confirmed the bag is lost and offered Rs. 3,000 as compensation citing their 'liability limitation.'

This is unacceptable. The bag contained:
- Work laptop: Rs. 55,000
- Clothes and personal items: Rs. 20,000
- Professional documents
- Medicines

IndiGo should compensate the full value of lost belongings, not some arbitrary low amount. I have all purchase receipts for the items.
