FlipkartI had accumulated 4,500 Flipkart SuperCoins over 2 years of shopping. When I tried to redeem them for a Flipkart voucher, the redemption value had been quietly reduced from 1 coin = Rs. 1 to 4 coins = Rs. 1.
This means my 4,500 coins which were worth Rs. 4,500 are now worth only Rs. 1,125 - a 75% devaluation overnight with no communication to users.
Flipkart changed the terms of their loyalty program without notifying existing users who had earned coins under the old terms. This is unfair trade practice.
