Complaint Against
Byju'sI was approached by a Byju\'s sales representative who convinced me to purchase a 2-year learning package for my son. The total cost was Rs. 1,45,000 which was financed through a loan (I was told it was 0% interest).
Within a week, we realized the content was not suitable and my son was not interested. I requested cancellation within the 15-day refund period as promised. Byju\'s initially acknowledged my cancellation request but then went silent.
Despite multiple calls and emails over 2 months, they have not processed the refund. The loan EMI deductions continue from my bank account. I\'ve sent a legal notice but received no response.
The sales tactics used were misleading - they showed a demo with different content than what was actually provided. The loan terms were also not explained clearly.
